| Life Fulfilled Coaching & Consulting was founded in 2006 to help organizations and individuals fulfill their mission and purpose. Carmen Caldwell uses her knowledge and skills attained through her formal education and professional development to help others achieve fulfillment in their lives. |

| Clients range from government to nonprofits, churches to families. The common denominator of her clients is that they are all ready to do something different. They are looking to go beyond what they have done in the past to explore areas of growth and to open themselves up to new insight and possibilities. Whether it be a work team looking to be more efficient and improve teamwork or a church looking to implement new programs or initiatives or families coming together to improve relationships, Carmen helps to create that space for it all to happen in an interactive and engaging way. |

| While Carmen is the lead consultant she has a creative team with whom she works closely to deliver you the results you desire. She also has a network of facilitators upon which to call so there is no project too big or too small. |

| About Carmen Caldwell |
|
|
|
| Carmen holds a Bachelors of Science in Biology (Albany State University,
Albany, GA); Masters in Public Administration (University of Washington,
Seattle, WA); and a Master of Divinity (McAfee School of Theology at Mercer
University, Atlanta, GA). She spent eight years with the U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency, Region 10 (Seattle, WA) serving in the areas of
environmental justice, children’s health, environmental education, peer
coaching, organizational effectiveness, and as program manager of the
Region’s four-state asbestos in schools program. While at EPA, Carmen was
trained as a facilitator and became a highly sought after facilitator for
teams within and outside the agency. |

| Carmen is certified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator
assessment and trained in several other individual and group assessments.
She received her coaching training at the Academy for Coach Training (now
called Invite Change) in Seattle, Washington. |
|
| Service to others and her community is at the heart of all that Carmen
does. She doesn't just talk it, but lives it! She serves as Youth Pastor at
New Mercy Baptist Church, Griffin, GA. She also serves as Chair of the
Spalding Collaborative Board, an organization that promotes community-wide
strategies to help children and families. In addition to that, she is a
member of the Spalding County Collaborative Healthy Youth Strategy Team and
is an adult advisor to the Spalding County Youth Advisory Council. Carmen
is a member of Delta Sigma Theta, Sorority, Inc. serving as chair of the
Social Action Committee and Chaplain. Professionally, Carmen is a member of
the Southeast Association of Facilitators and the International Coach
Federation Georgia Chapter. |

| Affectionately called, “Reverend CC”, Carmen is a licensed and ordained
minister. Of all her titles and accolades, she is most proud to be called
“Aunnie” by her nieces and nephews. She brings all of who she is to her
work, offering a practical and well-rounded approach to helping others live
their Life Fulfilled! |
